The winners were:
Best Educational Program - Penny Penguin's Math Bingo from LatticeWork Software In addition, Sam Bellotto won this year's Educational Software Cooperative People's Choice Award for his program Crossdown. The People's Choice Award is selected each year by an online vote of end users.
